YOGA with GOATS & MIMOSAS
AT MOORE FAMILY VINEYARDS
Special for Mother’s Day Weekend, an incredible team of small businesses collaborated to bring you a special afternoon of movement, fun, GOATS, flowers, charcuterie and of course mimosas!!! 🐐
Kate will guide the class through a series of beginner friendly yoga poses with our goat friends present so they can join in yoga, too. No prior yoga experience needed!
Expect goat cuddles and playtime.
(Not a focused, serious yoga practice for this one)
After yoga, take your time at the Vineyard before it opens to the public, enjoy your mimosa/s, shop Lucy’s Wild Blossums and enjoy delicious snacks provided by Crazy Charcuterie.

Private Yoga Sessions
I(Kate) offer private 1:1 yoga packages for the person with special accommodations or the person who would like to gain experience and create a solid yoga foundation before joining group classes. Class descriptions:
Vinyasa Flow:
This class will ignite your inner fire! We’ll start slow as you learn the flow and then we’ll repeat the same sequence a few more times until you’re warm from the inside out and feeling powerful! As always, there will be options to modify down and this class is accessible to all, but come to class expecting to be challenged! Expect ~40 minutes of non-stop movement followed by ample time for slow, focused stretching and savasana.
Options for all levels of practitioner are offered.
Warming Vinyasa Flow:
My favorite style of yoga is strong and powerful because through a strong practice, yoga can reveal ability and resilience you never knew you had, and this physical strength eventually translates to every area of your life off the mat making you a more balanced, consistent and whole person. This power yoga inspired class will ignite your inner fire. As always, there will be options to modify down and this class is accessible to all but, come to class expecting to be challenged!
Options for all levels of practitioner are offered.
Power Flow:
A dynamic, music-driven vinyasa flow designed to challenge and empower.
Expect intentional movement, intelligent sequencing and soulful sweat - set in a heated room to ignite strength, focus and release. Wether you’re here to build heat, break a pattern, or reclaim your power, this is your space.

Yoga changed my life…
I started practicing Yoga as a form of recovery and to restrengthen my core after breaking my back. I also hoped to lose weight. I had no idea that a daily yoga practice was going to give me this and so much more. Never having been athletic before starting yoga, this practice gave me mind-body connection. Dealing with a messy mind for most of my adulthood, this practice gave me calm, serenity-of-mind and freedom from anxiety. Coming into it with a broken body, I hoped to heal. I healed and then some; I am stronger than I’ve ever been.
I offer Vinyasa Yoga at differing levels so that anyone can utilize my services. If you've never tried yoga before, I will be able to help you start from the basics and build a strong foundation for a long-lasting, sustainable practice. If you’ve got some experience and want to get stronger, I can hold you accountable to a regular practice aligned with your personal goals. If you would like to experience how yoga can make you strong, I offer power-style yoga classes that are more fitness-centered. And if you’d like to use yoga as a supplement to your normal exercise routine, for added flexibility or better recovery, I can help you with that, too.
